I know, I'm fed-up too, wondering each and every day what gasoline/fuel costs are going to be. My goodness, I have a 16 gallon gas tank in my car and it just cost me $67.00 to fill it up. It seems just like yesterday I was saying to myself while filling my gas tank, gee, I can't believe it costs $30.00 to fill this beast! This is an outrage and when will this government induced fiasco stop or at least bottom-out? Everything in our economy has been affected tragically by these staggering fuel costs.
Look at all our goods and service prices... these things have to accommodate and adjust to the growing inflated fuel costs. Can we Americans keep accommodating and adjusting for gas prices when our wages aren't keeping up with this run away train? Ok, ok, I'm peeved and have to get more positive now and figure out how to help myself and hopefully others find an alternative to our major gas crisis.
So, I decided to start searching for a solution to my gasoline/fuel dilemma. I've read about many alternative solutions and most of them have the same things in common. They either have a phenomenal price tag or the technology is off some where in the distant future and let's not forget how fast our government is reacting to this crisis. There hasn't been one oil refinery built in the USA in the last 30 years. So, I guess it's time for good old American ingenuity to kick in, pick up the slack and save the day... sounds like Mighty Mouse is on his way... an we could truly use him right now!
The more I read the more frustrated I would get. We can't wait for all the energy technology to catch up, because it just gets bottlenecked in our government system. It's the little guy , the guy next door working in his garage late at night, trying to make it easier on his own pocket-book that will come up with the answers we're looking for and disparately need.
